You can change the travel date on most tickets, and for KILROY tickets route changes are also often possible.
Change of travel date or route is always dependent on availability.

We need your request minimum 72 hours before your original departure date. If you send your request during weekends the deadline is 96 hours prior to departure.

For the ticket change service KILROY will charge a fee of 440 NOK. Depending on the airline and conditions of the ticket you are holding, KILROY may have to collect an extra airline fee after receiving your request. We will inform you by mail if this is the case.

Please fill out the request form below, if you wish to make a date change. The procedure is as follows:

1. Fill in your name and booking reference containing 6 letters (no numbers) as shown on your ticket or booking confirmation

2. Fill in departure and arrival cities and dates according to your current booking

3. Enter the preferred date you want to travel as well as a time frame for us to explore (Not earlier than and no later than). This in case we can’t find available seats on your preferred date.

4. Each passenger in the booking must fill out their travel details if they want to change travel date. You can add a passenger in the request form simply by clicking “Add passenger”.

5. After pressing “Send request” you are sent to a payment page where you are asked to pay the KILROY ticket change fee. When payment in done we will start handling your request, and get back to you by email.

6. If seats are available within the requested time frame, your ticket will be changed and your original KILROY reservation will be cancelled automatically. You will receive a confirmation by email, with your new booking. If seats are only available for an extra airline fee, we will ask for your acceptance and payment by email prior to making the change.


The following cards may be used:
Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB and Mastercard
If for some reason, KILROY travels cannot change the reservation you will not be
charged anything. You will still receive an e-mail from KILROY telling you what your
options are.

IMPORTANT:
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE – NOT THE ACTUAL CHANGE.
UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US YOUR EXISTING TICKET IS STILL VALID.
