Activities to choose from:
 

1. Arenal Volcano|La Fortuna

               Highlights:

Located in the north of Costa Rica, the impressive Arenal Volcano is a natural phenomenon that attracts thousands and thousands of tourists due to its permanent, extraordinary and trusted volcanic activity, which on clear nights it seems like fireworks with intermittent explosions of ash and lava.

 

We will continue on our trip until we get to this wonder from nature then we must go to the north of the country, and inevitably we must make a stop in the famous town of Sarchi, with international fame, it has earned the name of the Birthplace of Costa Rica’s Artisans.

We will arrive to an excellent location which will allow us to enjoy the best view of volcanic activity.

 

Later we will relax in one of the best hot water springs in the area where you will be able to enjoy an optional massage or other special treatment (reservations required in advance). Last, a wonderful dinner will be served with a great view of the volcano so you will not miss any opportunities to look out for the hot lava spurting .

 

2.Rafting|San Jose

           Highlights:

The tour starts between 6:00 and 7:00 am when our microbuses pick up the adventurers in the main hotels of the metropolitan area. A Costa Rican breakfast is offered at around 8:00 am in the beautiful town of Paraíso, Cartago with a spectacular view of the Orosi Valley.
 

Then we arrive to Tres Equis, Turrialba, a town where our guides wait for us with the equipment to start this wonderful adventure. Each participant will receive a life jacket, a helmet and a paddle. One of the guides will give a safety speech and a small practice before facing whitewater rafting passes named Huacas, Cimarrones and Dos Montañas along the Pacuare River.
 

Rio Pacuare is considered the most beautiful river in Costa Rica, and worldwide one of the best whitewater rafting rivers due to the scenic beauty, waterfalls, hiking trails and diversity of flora and fauna, among which you can observe blue morpho butterflies, sloths, toucans, red frogs and great variety of birds, immersing yourself fully in nature along the route.
 

This is a 3.5-hour journey with approximately 18 miles in length. Once the river journey is finished, you will enjoy a typical lunch in Siquirres town and be able to take a rejuvenating shower. We will return to San José and drop everyone off at their respective hostels between 5:30 and 6:30 pm.

 

3. Extreme Zip Line|Monteverde

              Highlights:

Swing through the treetops on a zip line tour along 14 different cables and if you're lucky catch an awesome view of the Pacific Ocean and Lake Nicaragua on a clear day. Observe over 100 species of mammals, over 400 species of birds (including 30 kinds of hummingbirds), tens of thousands of insect species and 2,500 species of plants (including 420 kinds of orchids) in one of Latin America's most outstanding wildlife reserves. Keep your eyes open to catch a glimpse of diverse and beautiful wildlife including the jaguar, ocelot, Baird's tapir, three-wattled bellbird, bare necked umbrella bird and the famous quetzal.
